Exchange and Returns Policy

Hi-Fo Vape Club will replace manufacturing defective products depending on the defect. All defects will have to be clearly illustrated according to our requirements to ensure we are able to identify and replace them accordingly. 

Hi-Fo does not under any circumstances return or exchange items with no receipt, proof of purchase MUST be shown. 

What We Do Not Cover: 

• Change of minds. 
• Wear and tears, dents from use and/or ageing of materials. 
• Minor differences of the product from images posted on store and/or social media due to differences in screen/colour resolutions of different devices. 
• Improper use of product. 
• Exposure to corrosive liquids/chemicals. 

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions. 
• Abuse, negligence, accident. 

If there are any manufacturing defects on your product that adheres to our policies, we’ll get you setup with a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. 

All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories, and must be sent within 30 days from submission to be eligible for a refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.
